Arboretum
It is a popular recreational park
for many city residents to visit. For
those looking for tranquility, holding picnics and also those who go to hold
different activities, this is the place to visit.
The Arboretum combines space, fresh
air, and pristine forest, its protected forest reserve holds different species
of indigenous and exotic plants, birds and a significant number of Monkeys.

park is located behind Nairobi Serena Hotel; it occupies an area bounded by

Park is open for free to the public. The Nairobi City Council, however, charges
for use of toilet facilities in the Park.

City Park

City Park stands above most in its rich biodiversity with indigenous tree
species that are endemic to Kenya. It is
also used as a picnic site.
Tucked
away on a portion of the Park is a public cemetery and adjacent to this
cemetery is Murumbi Peace Memorial Park.

Park is situated in Parklands area, for those who would like to visit the site using
public means; board Matatu No. 11A, 106, 107 at Koja (Old Nation House) bus
terminus or matatu No.100 at Bus Station (BS)

Gardens is situated in the Langata area of Nairobi, along Langata Road,
bordering Carnivore Restaurant to the south, and Wilson Airport to the east.

visit the site using public means; Board Matatu No. 24,126 from Railways Bus
Terminus or matatu no.15 from Central Bus Station (BS)

Park is situated on Uhuru Highway, across from Nairobi Intercontinental Hotel,
bounded by Kenyatta Avenue to the North.

The
Park is open for free to the public. The Nairobi City County, however, charges
for boat rides, and for the use of toilet facilities in the Park.
