If what you have in mind is a place that can interpret Kenya’s rich heritage, then these venues will definitely satisfy your curiosity.  They are a one stop for visitors to sample the country’s rich heritage and history.  They display culture of various tribes in Kenya and also are the source of history of our land.  The attractions and events at these venues will leave you with so much knowledge and sure enough you will not be disappointed.

Bomas of Kenya
The Bomas of Kenya consists of cultural attractions and also hosts daily shows and dances in the afternoons.

Apart from the cultural attractions, the Bomas of Kenya also has a children’s playground plus a restaurant and a bar.

Karen Blixen Museum

It is open to the public every day from 9.30a.m to 6p.m;

The museum shop offers handicrafts etc. The site can also be used for different functions.

National Archives

This centrally located collection contains historic photographs, Kenyan crafts and paintings which are its main attractions.

Nairobi National Museum

With so many educating sections, it is one of the most preferred tourist destinations adjacent to the city center.

The museum and snake park are open all days from 08.30 am through to 6.00pm with an a small admission fee
